Yoga for Menopause “Embracing Our Inner Power”
1st or 2nd Saturday of each month
The journey of menopause can be a bewildering experience. Just when you think you have your stuff together a great change takes place in our bodies. Join us each month to explore a different theme around the menopause. These workshops are designed for all women, with modifications to help beginners, no prior yoga experience needed.
Resting Deeply
3rd Saturday of each month
Now more than ever it is essential to find ways to rest and recharge our batteries and give ourselves permission to pause, letting go of the need to be doing.
Through restorative practices, yin yoga, yoga nidra and meditation we’ll explore what is to cultivate conscious relaxation, reclaim the art of rest and rejuvenate the body and mind.
Each workshop will have different content and follow a theme to support an aspect of our bodies and minds relevant to the time of year or season.
