A slow and mindful flowing style that sequences postures in a creative and fluid rhythm exploring postural alignment in key poses to improve functional flexibility, strength and balance. Everyone is encouraged to have fun and explore poses.
Students learn asana (poses) breathing techniques and relaxation. Poses are offered for beginners and more challenging levels.
Class limited to 9 students. Places must be pre-booked. Students are asked to bring their own mats and blocks.
Yoga is a process of self-inquiry and the responsibility lies with you to listen to your body, and breathing. If you have any medical issues kindly contact me directly before joining class.. (Not suitable for pregnant students)
