One to One Yoga

Are you looking for a little guidance in your practice, or wish to address a specific health need or injury?  Working one to one we can explore the tools and practices of yoga to help you improve your well-being.  Sessions may be studio based or delivered in your home.

What is Yoga Therapy

Yoga’s system of healing is based on the foundation that the body should be allowed to function as naturally as possible. Yoga therapy is simply, a way of working with a student on a personal basis to promote and bring about their good health.

Everybody has different needs and working 1:1 we are able to explore and develop a tailored plan just for you. This integrated mind-body approach helps students find balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga therapy allows students take charge of their own health.

Book Your One to One Session

Your first appointment includes a consultation to assess your individual needs and work together to design a home practice.

Through follow up meetings and your feedback, your practice will be developed and refined.  Greater benefits are experienced through regular sessions and practice.

Individual Sessions  are priced at £40 per hour, with block bookings of 3 Sessions at £105.
