Gentle Yoga Classes
For those who like a slower pace this is a gentle class with an emphasis on releasing and nourishing the joints.
Practices like sun salutes are broken down and built up gradually so that even as a beginner this practice is accessible. Breathing techniques and relation are practiced at the end of each session.
Classes are suitable for everybody, whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced
What to expect
Classes are 1 hour – we work with gentle warming posture and stretches.
Poses and sequences are based on the gentler end of the yoga spectrum and focus on movements that are functional with strong alignment principles to strengthen the body.
