Flow Yoga Classes

A flowing style that sequences postures in a creative and fluid rhythm exploring postural alignment in key poses to improve flexibility and strength.

Students learn asana (poses), breathing techniques, finishing with a guided relaxation.

Classes are suitable for everybody, whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced.

 

What to expect

Classes run from 1 hour to 1 ¼ depending on studio time and are adapted according to the student’s ability.

Poses are offered at beginning and more challenging levels.  Students are encouraged to have fun, explore the poses and work from where they are rather than where they would like to be.
