How often do you truly relax or do you find that your mind wanders, creating it stories, reversing what may happen or rehashing the events of the day. The mind is a thinking tool and endlessly brings up thoughts. Meditation invites us to learn to watch our thoughts as the come and, notice the emotions that arise. It invites us to create a little space to observe rather than react calming the mind and letting our senses quieten.

Mediation may begin with simple diaphragmatic breathing and brief relaxation exercise. This may be offered 1 to 1 or within a group.
