For those who like a slower pace, this is a gentle class with an emphasis on releasing and nourishing the joints, and back care. Practice self-care and take some time for you. Connect to your breath and body, let go of stress. With a focus on alignment and breath, this practice features a nice tempo to listen to your body and find what feels good.
Perfect for beginners and seniors or those returning to yoga.
Before Your Class.
- Set up your yoga mat and any props in a quiet space
- Set up your computer or phone, somewhere you can be seen as if taking a selfie. Check that you can be seen, lying, sitting and standing.
- Make sure your computer or phone is fully charged.
- You can join the class 10 minutes, before the start to get yourself settled.
- Classes will start promptly
